Reasons to adopt Static Var Generator (SVG)
  1. Eliminate voltage flicker from impact loads
    Sudden reactive power fluctuations of welders, rolling mills and lifting equipment lead to light flicker and unstable machine operation. SVG completes compensation within milliseconds to stabilize grid voltage.
  2. Maintain high power factor and avoid utility penalties
    Conventional capacitor banks only offer stepped compensation, easily causing under or over compensation. SVG provides smooth bidirectional reactive power regulation to keep power factor qualified and cut power surcharge.
